Order Processing & Stock Availability
We work hard to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
When an item is in stock, orders generally require 1–5 business days to process before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and the estimated delivery timeframe includes both.
Due to high demand and changing inventory levels, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
In that situation, we will contact you to arrange one of the following options, as appropriate:
- A full refund for the affected out-of-stock item; or
- A replacement item of equivalent value, subject to your agreement.

Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs inspections, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Changes
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@avaoffduty.com . We will do our best to help, although changes cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once tracking information is available, please use the carrier's tracking service to follow your parcel. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check your mailbox, delivery area, household members or building management, and contact the carrier for further information.
If your parcel is still missing, please contact our support team so we can review the situation. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

In some cases, international orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be payable by the customer.
